An opportunity for a free wellbeing trolley to support your patients and/or their families

We are offering wards, outpatient clinics, and departments across Leeds Teaching Hospitals NHS Trust the chance to have a free Wellbeing Trolley to support patients and their families. Our trolley provides complimentary snacks, fruit, hot drinks, and toiletries, helping to improve everyone’s hospital experience.

Following the successful pilot at Leeds Children’s Hospital, where patients, families, and staff reported a positive impact, we are now expanding this offer to more areas. The trolley visits bring comfort, relieve pressures on staff, and bring smiles to patients and families alike.

How it works:

Leeds Hospitals Charity manages the trolley service, including stocking, risk assessments, volunteer recruitment, and impact monitoring.
Friendly charity volunteers visit your ward or clinic with the trolley, offering refreshments and toiletries free of charge.

Your team supports by providing a main contact, storage space, and ongoing collaboration.
