We were interested in receiving applications that:

  • Developed non-clinical skills in a clinical setting
  • Proposals that demonstrated the potential for wider implementation across several specialties, staff groups and/or Clinical Service Units were welcomed.
  • Demonstrated a clear link to patient treatment and care.
  • Evidence the opportunity for the funding to deliver impact to a greater number of staff (rather than being limited to one individual)
  • Evidence how the education or training proposed is value for money.
  • Evidence compliance with Leeds Teaching Hospitals study leave policies and processes.
  • Outline how learning gained will be sustained and shared.

This funding opportunity was open to all staff at Leeds Teaching Hospitals who are working in a clinical area, including administrative and Estates & Facilities staff.
