• After you make a donation for an engraved plaque on our Memory Path, we endeavour to contact you on the details you have provided, within one working day to confirm your donation and check the information you have provided us.

• The ordering and engraving process allows you to check the wording of your engraving before the plaque is installed. Please take the time to check your engraving thoroughly at each point. If you think you have made a mistake, or would like to change anything, please don’t hesitate to contact our In Memory Officer, Zoe, on 0113 539 7020 or [email protected].

• We reserve the right to make slight amendments to your engraving, in line with our plaque guidelines. If we are required to do so, we will inform you and check this with you before the installation.

• We reserve the right to move your plaque at any point during the term of your installation. Where this should happen, we will endeavour to inform you as soon as possible.

• We will contact you to let you know when the term of your installation is due to end. Please keep us up to date with your contact details, including your address, as we will need to return your plaque to you should you choose not to renew your installation.
