Charlene is a Management Consultant and the founder of Lyons Consultancy, a firm that works across various business sectors advising on strategy, business transformation, culture, and restructuring, (founded in 2015). Charlene is the former CEO of Black Sheep Brewery and is also the Vice Chair of Governors at The Grammar School at Leeds.
